A service and landing page for Android developers who need Google Play's closed-testing requirement met before they can promote a build to production.
The problem it solves
Google Play requires new personal developer accounts to run a closed test with a minimum number of opted-in testers, sustained over a period, before an app can be promoted to production. For a solo developer this is a genuine blocker: the work is done, the app is finished, and the release is gated on recruiting testers who will actually opt in and stay opted in.
llassan.com is the landing page and service for solving exactly that.
What I built
- The positioning and copy — the harder half, since the offer has to be legible to a stranger in about ten seconds.
- A static site, containerised and served by nginx.
- Deployment on my own server through a Cloudflare Tunnel, with TLS terminating at the edge and nothing exposed directly.
Why it's here
It is small, but it is the whole loop: notice a real constraint, describe the solution in a way that lands, ship it, and put it on a domain. That loop is the same one that matters in product engineering, just compressed.
